Le Mulet Rouge 2022 Menu

First Course: "HOG HEAVEN"

Our tender and succulent braised pork belly, served with tangy house-made pomegranate relish, creamy white bean purée, and sweet blackberry gastrique.


Second Course: "Spiced Squash"

Chef's Kc's famous butternut squash bisque, gingerbread croutons, Fried oyster mushrooms, whipped sherry cream


Third Course: "Chef's Caribbean Pot Roast"

Check KC's special Caribbean-spiced braised short rib, served with roasted blackberry & Kahlua demi-glacé, marble potatoes, and our harvest root vegetables.


Fourth Course: "Chocolate Pillows"

A delicious ending to a wonderful meal - Chef KC's warm and delicious chocolate beignets with strawberry coulis and lemon curd
